We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with a focus on general litigation including Family Law and Creditors' Rights to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle a diverse caseload primarily involving general litigation.
2. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and contracts.
3. Handle consultations, providing legal advice and guidance.
4. Attend court hearings and trials.
5. Maintain accurate and organized case files, including documentation and correspondence.

Requirements:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar of Michigan and in good standing.
3. Prefer 1 years of practice but willing to consider newly admitted attorney.
4. Strong understanding and knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
