Key Responsibilities

• Design and Guide Digital Experiences
• Lead the development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and software interfaces.

• Introduce creative UX strategies to improve usability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields (Master's preferred).
• Skills and Experience: Expertise with tools like Figma and platforms like Squarespace.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Proven success in UX design for both websites and software.
