D licensed Access Control Officer for Luxury Hotel Events/Black Suit Required

Job Description We are seeking a professional and polished Access Control Officer to join our team at a high‑end luxury hotel. Attire is a black matching suit with a white button‑down shirt. The ideal candidate will embody the highest standards of personal grooming and professionalism, as this role involves direct interaction with distinguished guests. Key Responsibilities Maintain a neat, clean‑shaven appearance and adhere to the hotel's strict grooming standards (no facial hair, tattoos). Stand for extended periods while monitoring access points, greeting guests, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. Oversee lobby and elevator areas, providing a presence that deters unauthorized access and offers assistance to guests as needed. Conduct basic access control duties such as checking credentials and monitoring entry points. Requirements Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a courteous demeanor at all times. Physical ability to stand for long periods. Prior experience in security or guest services is a plus. Preferred Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience as a security officer, preferably. Experience in customer service or hospitality. Hold a Security D license. Able to stand/walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods. CPR certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
