Distribution Associate

Description

This is a hands-on mailroom and distribution support role within a corporate office environment.

The person will be responsible for receiving, sorting, delivering, tracking, and shipping mail and packages throughout the facility while providing excellent internal customer service.

This role is ideal for candidates with USPS, mailroom, shipping & receiving, package-handling, logistics, or office services experience.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.

• Process outgoing UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments.

• Scan and track deliveries.

• Deliver mail, supplies, and packages throughout the office.

• Maintain shipping logs and records.

• Assist employees with shipment and delivery requests.

Must-Haves

• 1+ year of mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, or package-handling experience.

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand most of the day and lift/move packages.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
