Route Sales Professional

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Professional to join its sales team. Compensation $395.00 Weekly Base Pay + Commission (average $55,000 - $60,000 annually) Shift: Starting 4:00 AM until the route is completed Saturdays and Sundays off Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Retirement Plan Responsibilities Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays. Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies. Follow up on new account opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and execute promotions. Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when pursuing new customers. Conduct daily route settlement procedures, accounting for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining inventory counts. Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs. Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time. Requirements At least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card. Successfully obtain Chauffeur License if location is in IN, MI, or TN. Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and use fingers for extended periods. 1–3 years of related experience in DSD preferred.
