We are a locally run, family‑oriented company proudly serving your community, and are looking for talented technicians to grow with us! *Can Earn Up to An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses* Responsibilities What you’ll do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers' commercial tractors and trailers Write detailed work orders for mobile road calls and/or in‑yard service Provide quality customer service Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi‑truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi‑trucks and trailers Maintain hubs and axles and adjust or replace them when required Inspect, service, and replace tractor and trailer parts, including tires Check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems Test all systems and equipment for performance issues Ensure trailers meet the U.S. Department of Transportation's road safety requirements Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report findings to management Respond promptly to client queries Qualifications What you’ll need to have: 5+ years of verified experience with commercial tractor and trailer repair Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift 100+ pounds Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders What will help you stand out: Experience with welding, certification a plus High school diploma or equivalent, technical school degree a plus Class A CDL Own tools Benefits What we offer you: M-F schedule with rotating on‑call duties Paid time off including holidays Time and a half for any after‑hours (OT) work and +$100 bonus 401(k) with company match after 90 days of employment Medical and dental plans available on day one Vision plan Disability & life insurance Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity Employee assistance program Family‑oriented culture that believes in true work/life balance Experienced team to learn from Opportunities for growth in partner businesses nationwide Company‑provided uniforms *Can Earn Up to An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses* Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is an equal‑opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.
