As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent , you'll combine customer service, relationship-building, and consultative sales to help families protect what matters most.Primary Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Learn clients' financial protection needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing training.
