A law firm seeks a skilled mid- to senior‑level attorney to join their Business Law team in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers flexible scheduling and structure, including full‑time or part‑time options and remote work arrangements. The role focuses on business and commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts. Duties Review, draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated agreements. Handle business-to-business supply agreements and complex commercial documents. Manage intricate commercial matters efficiently and effectively. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in business law and commercial contract review. Proven ability to draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex agreements. Experience with manufacturers in business-to-business arrangements preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across markets. Prior big law and in‑house counsel experience is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona. Skills Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent drafting and organizational abilities.
