Procurement Associate

Responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent data across procurement systems such as but not limited to Oracle, Fieldglass, Procurement 360, while supporting the processing of procurement engagements such as Professional Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Quotation/Proposal and Purchase Orders.
The Procurement Associate supports timely and accurate processing of procurement requests, coordinates with business requesters, partners with sourcing leads and subject matter experts, monitors renewals and expirations, and supports business analysis, operational dashboards, and financial reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent data across procurement systems such as but not limited to Oracle, Fieldglass, Procurement 360, while supporting the processing of procurement engagements such as Professional Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Quotation/Proposal and Purchase Orders.
Ensures timely and accurate processing of procurement requests in Procurement 360, Oracle and Fieldglass, resulting in fully-executed contracts and Purchase Order prior to start/expiry date.
The Procurement Associate coordinates with the Requester on the withdrawal of incorrect or premature Requests raised by the Business.
Partners with sourcing leads, CPS team members, and relevant subject matter experts to support the timely and accurate execution of procurement engagements in collaboration with the business.
Monitor renewals and expirations, and tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Designs business analysis, data recording systems, and operational dashboards for use throughout the department.
Monitors the service delivery data reports and operational dashboards to identify any business demand trends including spend and supplier analysis and transaction volume. The results will be communicated to the department's leadership team.
Publishes Financial Reporting such as Procurement Vendor, spend dashboard, etc.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Experience with procurement systems such as Oracle, Fieldglass, and Procurement 360.
Experience supporting procurement engagements such as Professional Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Quotation/Proposal and Purchase Orders.
Experience processing procurement requests and ensuring fully-executed contracts and Purchase Order prior to start/expiry date.
Experience monitoring renewals and expirations.
Experience tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with business analysis, data recording systems, and operational dashboards.
Experience monitoring service delivery data reports and operational dashboards.
Experience with spend and supplier analysis and transaction volume.
Financial Reporting experience such as Procurement Vendor, spend dashboard, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
