Registered Nurse - Operating Room

$2665.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our operating room team. The role involves providing high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver bedside care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures. Pass and operate surgical arms and equipment, ensuring proper handling for robotic surgeries. Maintain sterile techniques and support surgeons during open and minimally invasive procedures. Document all patient care activities accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system. Collaborate with surgical team members, including techs, charge nurses, and physicians, to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to shift-specific schedules, including day, evening, night, and on-call rotations, while supporting floating requirements. Qualifications: Valid RN license with 2-3 years of perioperative nursing experience. Previous travel assignment experience in a hospital operating room setting. Proven ability to pass arms in and out for robotic surgeries (e.g., Da Vinci). Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred. Experience with EPIC EMR system.
