Assembler

We're hiring for entry-level assembly positions on 1st and 2nd shift in Putnam, CT , offering $18-$20/hr depending on experience. You'll work with your hands, learn valuable skills like soldering and assembly, and be part of a team that values precision and reliability. As an Assembly Operator , you'll be trained to assemble and solder small metal components in a clean, organized production setting. This role is ideal for someone with good hand-eye coordination, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assemble small metal parts following instructions and specifications Perform basic soldering of components (training provided) Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Use basic hand tools and equipment safely Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
