The NCII independently and safely manages patients with problems common to patients in the assigned clinical area, recognizes when assistance is needed, and seeks appropriate resources. Minimum Qualifications Degrees: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Diploma in Nursing; Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Texas; Basic Life Support from an American Heart Association or Red Cross approved program; Other certificates as required by unit/service Work Experience: One (1) year full‑time RN experience or completion of a GN Program Language Skills Bilingual skills preferred.
