Job Description We are in search of a dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, and caring Night LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a small-town critical access hospital located in Southeast Montana. This facility features a total of 25 beds, including a 2-bed ER, 5 beds for inpatient care, and 20 beds in long-term care. Job Description We are in search of a dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, and caring Night LTC Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a small-town critical access hospital located in Southeast Montana. This facility features a total of 25 beds, including a 2-bed ER, 5 beds for inpatient care, and 20 beds in long-term care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with others and provide high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for residents.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and overall health status.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and effective environment for both residents and staff.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Current CNA certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
