New Engen, a digital marketing agency, seeks a Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven content across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will translate brand goals into compelling concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards, guiding writers and designers to deliver high-impact campaigns. This full‑time role is based in New York, four days a week in our Union Square office.
