Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• School-based experience or a strong desire to work in educational settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and able to manage diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
