LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Pay range: $29-$33/hr. We provide one-on-one home health care to medically fragile patients since 2000. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided). Ability to provide care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
