What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care using the nursing process
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Communicate treatment plans and educate patients and families
- Implement emergency interventions and monitor patient responses
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Uphold safety standards and compliance with hospital policies
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
- Proficiency with hospital systems and medical software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Additional certifications in clinical specialties
- Experience working in fast-paced emergency settings
