Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead complex engineering projects from concept through implementation. This role will serve as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with hands-on engineering knowledge and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionLead engineering projects through all phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk logs, and status reports.Establish project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.Engineering LeadershipCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet business and operational requirements.Review project requirements, technical specifications, and engineering deliverables.Facilitate design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions.Support engineering teams in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact between engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, vendors, and executive leadership.Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.Translate technical concepts into business-friendly updates for non-technical audiences.Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making.Risk, Quality & Process ManagementIdentify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Manage change requests and project scope adjustments.Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and project management processes.
