CNC Lathe Operator/Setup

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator / Set-Up to join our team. CNC lathe setup experience is very important and required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
Load and unload materials and tooling
Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary machine adjustments
Maintain quality and production standards
Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous CNC Lathe Set-Up and Operator experience — REQUIRED
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Ability to make machine offsets and adjustments
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
Manufacturing/machining experience preferred

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm
