Technical Recruiter

Roguebeam is hiring its first full-time, in-house Technical Recruiter based on-site in the Seattle area to own end-to-end hiring for engineering and operations roles. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer, and close. Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, leveling, interview plans, and evaluation criteria. Proactively source passive talent in specialized technical areas including RFIC/analog/mixed-signal design , phased array and antenna engineering , radar and DSP , and FPGA/embedded systems . Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, technical communities, university programs, conferences, and referrals. Stand up and manage an applicant tracking system (ATS) , including recruiting workflows and ongoing process management. Write and maintain job postings, and contribute to how Roguebeam presents to candidates while operating in stealth . Provide an organized candidate experience across scheduling, communication, feedback, and follow-through . Support compensation and offer preparation, including salary and equity benchmarking , in partnership with the founders. Measure and report on pipeline health , time-to-hire , source effectiveness , and other hiring metrics. Coordinate with external agencies and search partners when additional support is needed. Support onboarding coordination with new hires and internal teams. Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant portion focused on engineering or technical roles . Proven hiring background for hardware, semiconductor, RF, aerospace, or defense engineers. Strong sourcing capability and comfort reaching out to passive candidates in niche technical fields . Technical fluency to engage engineers in credible conversations and screen candidates against technical requirements. Experience setting up or improving recruiting processes and ATS tools . Clear, professional communication and strong judgment when handling confidential information . Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with high ownership . Recruiting experience for defense or export-controlled programs , including familiarity with ITAR/EAR considerations. Knowledge of the Seattle-area and national talent markets for semiconductor, RF, and aerospace. Experience supporting employer branding , university recruiting, or campus programs.
