Job Opportunity: ICU Registered Nurse
Our organization is on the lookout for skilled ICU Registered Nurses to provide exceptional critical care in partner hospitals across the country. This position involves managing patients with high acuity, conducting thorough assessments, administering intravenous medications, and utilizing ventilators along with advanced monitoring devices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the care of critically ill patients.
- Perform detailed patient assessments.
- Administer IV medications as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ventilators and advanced medical equipment.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Current RN license with ICU experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
