• In-depth knowledge of RCM data flow and the ability to explain it clearly and in detail.
• Strong understanding of RCM processes, intake, and onboarding.
• The ability to clearly explain RCM productivity metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
• Practical understanding of WFM concepts and workforce reporting from an RCM perspective.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide detailed, clear, and accurate answers regarding RCM during the interview.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a strong Business Analyst with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) experience . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of RCM data flow, operational processes, productivity metrics, WFM, and RCM reporting .

Candidates should be able to clearly and confidently explain end-to-end RCM processes and how data flows through intake, onboarding, billing, claims, payments, denials, inventory, productivity, and reporting. This role will work closely with RCM Operations, WFM, business stakeholders, Data Engineering, and reporting teams to translate business needs into effective data and reporting solutions.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM data flow and operational processes .
• Ability to provide detailed and clear explanations of RCM processes, data relationships, metrics, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • RCM Intake and Onboarding
  • Claims Lifecycle
  • Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Denials Management
  • Payment Posting
  • Inventory Management
  • Productivity Reporting
  • RCM KPIs and Metrics
  • Workforce Management concepts
• Experience with WFM processes such as capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and productivity measurement .
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills

• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Platform, Azure Data Lake, or other modern data environments .
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau .
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Healthcare operational reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience working with Data Engineering and reporting teams.
