Nursing Position Skilled Nursing

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation

Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:

• Nursing license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting.
• Assess and monitor patients' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
