Every other weekend coverage required. One 12-hour call shift per schedule. Floating within facility and scope of practice may be required. Highlights: Labor and Delivery unit with 12-bed capacity and average daily census of 5 patients Skills include circulating for C-sections and comprehensive labor and delivery care Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience 36 hours of paid orientation provided Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off available (must be finalized at time of submission) Requirements: Current Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Experience with 2:1 patient ratios in Labor & Delivery settings Ability to circulate for cesarean sections Full compliance documentation required prior to start date; all documents due Tuesday before assignment begins Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a supportive Labor & Delivery team where you'll provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a well-resourced environment.
