Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both students and colleagues
• Ability to support diverse learners across a range of needs and grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and participate in the development of IEPs and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams in supporting student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Deliver both individual and group therapy, adapting interventions to meet students' unique needs
