Financial Data Analyst

Financial Data AnalystOne of our largest entertainment clients is looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join their team! This person will serve as the primary owner of financial and operational data management across multiple markets and business units. This individual will be responsible for consolidating complex datasets, maintaining reporting tools and dashboards, supporting executive-level reporting, and identifying opportunities to automate and streamline business processes. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, FP&A, Payroll, HR, Accounting, and executive leadership, including supporting ad hoc requests from Corporate Planning and the CFO. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, enjoys working with large datasets, and has a passion for transforming data into actionable business insights.• Consolidate and manage financial and operational data from multiple markets and business units• Maintain centralized trackers, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools• Support executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives• Validate, reconcile, and audit data to ensure accuracy and integrity• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from leadership teams• Develop standardized reporting templates and automated reporting solutions• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and workflow optimization• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, HR, Accounting, and business leaders• Support acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives• Handle highly confidential organizational and compensation data with professionalism and discretionPay Range - $38-$41
