Marketing Specialist (Hubspot)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience developing and executing marketing programs using HubSpot. This role will support lead generation, marketing automation, email marketing, content distribution, campaign execution, and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong analytical skills and has hands-on experience building workflows, managing campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance within HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows.
• Create and maintain landing pages, forms, lists, and calls-to-action within HubSpot.
• Develop segmented marketing programs to engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer's journey.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and analytics.
• Support lead generation initiatives through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, lead routing, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and assist with contact database management.
• Create and distribute marketing content, including emails, newsletters, blog posts, and social media promotions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Assist in planning and executing webinars, trade shows, digital events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on HubSpot features, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience with hands-on HubSpot administration and campaign execution.
• Experience building and managing HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing programs.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and reporting dashboards.
