We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines. The ideal candidate will produce precision metal parts and components according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Document production and quality control results accurately.
• Ensure all safety protocols and company procedures are followed.

• High school diploma or GED; technical school or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong understanding of machining concepts, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Tolerance for working in environments with moderate noise and varying temperatures.
