Leasing Consultant — Drive Occupancy & Resident Success
Greystar Worldwide, LLC
Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, with a focus on occupancy and revenue goals and resident retention. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins. You will also monitor market conditions and implement plans to boost occupancy.
