Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 26-week psychiatric nursing assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Two openings are currently available on the evening shift.
Travel Pay Package
- $2,046 gross weekly
- $20.00/hour taxable rate
- $50.00/hour overtime rate
Assignment Details
- 26-week contract
- Psychiatric / Mental Health setting
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 5x8 schedule
- 2 openings
- Overtime available
What You Will Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric setting
- Assess and monitor patient condition, behavior and safety
- Provide appropriate nursing interventions within the RN scope of practice
- Support patient safety during the assigned shift
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate members of the healthcare team
- Follow established psychiatric care, safety and facility protocols
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements
- Current, active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience required
- Strong nursing assessment and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and support patient safety in a psychiatric setting
- Knowledge of crisis prevention and intervention
- Must be able to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM evening shift consistently
- Must meet all applicable Commonwealth and facility requirements prior to placement
Preferred: At least one year of psychiatric nursing experience, BLS/CPR certification, previous behavioral health or inpatient psychiatric experience, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification.
RN licensure, experience and required credentials will be verified prior to submission.
