Coppermine Health & Fitness is looking for energetic, motivated Personal Trainers to join our team!

We are looking for trainers who bring positive energy to the club, create an exceptional member experience, and are motivated to build a successful personal training business.

What You'll Do

Conduct thorough and engaging new member fitness integrations and help members understand how to take advantage of everything Coppermine has to offer.

Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating fitness environment.

Design and deliver safe, effective, and personalized workout programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and fitness level.

Provide one-on-one, partner, and small-group training sessions.

Educate clients on proper exercise technique, equipment use, fitness principles, and safe training practices.

Motivate and hold clients accountable while helping them make measurable progress toward their goals.

Regularly check in with members to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to provide additional value.

Prospect for new personal training clients through member interaction, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.

Ask for and develop referrals from current members, including friends, family, and coworkers.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into personal training relationships.

Maintain accurate client records, workout programs, and progress documentation.

Participate in fitness events, promotions, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Stay knowledgeable about Coppermine programs, services, equipment, and membership offerings.

Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional fitness environment.

Assist with other club responsibilities as needed.

Set, track, and regularly evaluate personal production and client goals.
