Senior Accountant - U.S. Licensed

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Accountant - U.S. Licensed will support the accounting and financial reporting operations for North American AML services remotely, focusing on monthly close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls. Key responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations in accordance with U.S. GAAP Assist in the design and maintenance of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with internal teams on various accounting and finance initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and large-volume data analysis Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and understand the impact of accounting transactions
