We’re expanding into the Rochester area and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Our company specializes in customer engagement, working directly with customers through live campaigns and in-person outreach to help brands grow their reach.

This entry-level position is a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in marketing. No prior experience is required — we provide structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement based on performance as we continue to grow in this new market.

What You’ll Do

Participate in live marketing campaigns throughout Rochester
Represent client brands in high-traffic, public-facing environments
Engage customers through direct, in-person communication
Support daily outreach goals and performance tracking
Attend ongoing development sessions focused on marketing and leadership

Based in Rochester or able to commute daily
