As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll build meaningful connections with children and help them develop life-changing skills every single day. RBTs are certified and trained professionals who provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): an evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching. If you’re compassionate, motivated, and ready to grow, we’ll guide you every step of the way; including paid training and full support through the RBT certification process.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability for training and certification process (Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm) for approximately 4-5 weeks

• Availability Monday - Friday from 2:30pm - 5:30pm

What We Offer:

• $850 sign-on bonus for non-certificated RBTs

• Providing Paid Training and RBT Credentialing

Requirements:

• Have at least a high school diploma or GED

• Can pass background screening

• Ability to attend 4-5 weeks of training in our Mililani clinic to obtain the RBT Certification

• This role requires frequent movement, including sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs. Candidates must be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Professional experience with kids

Starting Pay: $20.00/per hour in clinic and $24.00/per hour in Home-Based

Schedule: We are looking for applicants with availability Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm
