Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Technician

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Technician will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in residential settings, but commercial as well. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Being on time to work and working the required hours. Sometime OT might be necessary.
• Keeping the truck clean and organized.
• Trenching and general labor work.
• Dress appropriately.
• OLP shirts and hats will be provided. Jeans/shorts for work day.
• Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

• Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)

Education, Training, Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Electrical experience
• Landscape
• Construction
