Restaurant General Manager Requirements/ Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of high-volume GM experience-$4 million+ annual revenue
- Strong tenure and work history
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing P&L
- You must have a passion for genuine leadership and teamwork
- Hands-on operator with a lead-by-example mentality
