The Opportunity

Our client is growing its healthcare market presence and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to build new relationships with hospitals and health systems across Florida.

This is a full-cycle, net-new enterprise sales position for a professional who can prospect strategically, engage healthcare executives, navigate complex buying processes, and close high-value opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for priority Florida health systems.
  
• Build and manage a qualified enterprise sales pipeline.
  
• Prospect through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  
• Identify and engage key technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  
• Establish relationships with healthcare IT leaders and C-suite executives.
  
• Lead opportunities from discovery through presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity, and forecast data.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on strategic accounts.
  
• Provide market and competitive insights to leadership.
  
• Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  

Your Background

• 6+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.
  
• Experience selling technology solutions or managed services.
  
• Direct health-system or healthcare IT sales experience strongly preferred.
  
• Existing healthcare IT relationships are a strong advantage.
  
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
  
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred, or equivalent enterprise sales experience.
