We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to expand our presence in Texas, develop referral partnerships, increase community awareness, and support client enrollment.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, referral partners, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of Bridges CSA's behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and experienced in community engagement, healthcare marketing, or referral development.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Referral Development

• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, primary care offices, schools, social workers, and community organizations.
• Identify new referral opportunities for Bridges CSA's behavioral health and community-based services.
• Conduct in-person outreach visits, presentations, networking meetings, and community engagement activities.
• Build partnerships with community health centers, nonprofit organizations, case managers, and social service agencies.
• Attend health fairs, networking events, and community resource events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners to strengthen relationships and increase appropriate referrals.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase Bridges CSA's visibility throughout its Texas service areas.
• Assist with creating and distributing flyers, brochures, digital marketing materials, and community announcements.
• Support social media marketing and community engagement campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborative outreach initiatives.
• Ensure marketing activities accurately represent Bridges CSA's services and comply with applicable privacy and healthcare marketing requirements.

Referral Tracking & Business Development

• Track outreach contacts, referral sources, new partnerships, and referral outcomes.
• Coordinate with the intake and administrative teams to ensure referrals receive timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of community outreach activities.
• Submit weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts, partnerships developed, and qualified referrals generated.
• Identify opportunities to improve referral conversion and client enrollment.
• Meet established outreach and partnership development performance expectations.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach activities.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned Texas service areas.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tracking systems.

Preferred

• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, Medicaid, or healthcare marketing.
• Established relationships with Texas healthcare providers, hospitals, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Texas Medicaid behavioral health services and community resources.
• Previous success developing referral networks or increasing program enrollment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Number of new community referral partnerships established.
• Number of outreach visits, calls, and presentations completed.
• Number of qualified referrals generated.
• Referral-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Growth in active referral sources.
• Accuracy and timeliness of weekly outreach reports.
