This role supports infection prevention, resident comfort, and a professional, welcoming atmosphere.ReportingThis position reports directly to the Environmental Services Supervisor or designated department lead.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to facility protocols.Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.Dispose of trash, linens, and medical waste according to infection control and safety guidelines.Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or shortages.Follow infection prevention and safety policies at all times.Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff or residents.Support a positive and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff.Education and License RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.Qualifications and SkillsAbility to follow directions and work independently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.How to ApplyClick Apply and complete the online application form.Please ensure you:Answer all application questionsUpload any relevant certificates or prior work documentation (if applicable)We look forward to reviewing your application! #J-18808-Ljbffr
