Radiology Technologist

JOB PURPOSETo work closely with the medical team in the provision of care for the clients of community businesses and organizations related to employment safety, health, injury, and well-being under the direction of the medical provider.Deliver the highest level of customer service to those employees and employers presenting for medical care.To perform patient care including rooming of patients, performing observations, and gathering data for the medical provider.Provide accurate Radiologic films for medical providers to use in assessing patients.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforming X-Ray’s when ordered by medical provider.Perform daily/monthly equipment checks and calibrationsRegister patients into the EMREnsure an organized, clean, and tidy work environmentEnter results of all tests into Electronic Health RecordsMaintain effective communication with entire XMD Staff and client representatives to maintain safe and effective operations.Other duties as needed.Minimum, Qualifications, & CertificationsNM Radiology Technologist licenseEffective oral and written communication skills with patients and families.High level of analytic ability to identify and evaluate problems and recommend solutions.Able to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Excellent written and verbal communicationMust be able to pass a background check and drug test, as applicable for the role.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.On call time may be requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb #J-18808-Ljbffr
