Your Role What Awaits You

• Assess test results for precision, tackle discrepancies, and execute regular maintenance as well as calibration of laboratory instrumentation.
• Assist with specimen collection and thoroughly prepare samples for various tests as required.
• Document procedures meticulously, provide training for new staff or students, and actively contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the lab.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in the work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• This role calls for a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of joining.
• Continuous maintenance of your certification throughout your tenure.
