TAPP Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution center in Southaven, TN . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning different areas of warehouse operations, and working as part of a team. You’ll be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping , giving you the opportunity to build experience across the full fulfillment process. What You'll Do Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship products following established procedures Use RF terminals and WMS/menu-driven applications to process orders Maintain established production, pace, and accuracy standards Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping Provide quality service to internal and external customers Follow OSHA and company safety and loss-prevention policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Comfortable working at a consistent, steady pace — approximately 250 picks per hour Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven applications is a plus Ability to perform basic math and number matching Ability to stand, walk, squat, sit, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
