We are hiring at Folino Estate!
We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented Expo team members to join our dynamic culinary team. As an Expo, you play a critical role in maintaining smooth communication and workflow between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain proper order flow and communicate priority levels of tickets
- Assist in the final presentation and garnishing of dishes before they leave the kitchen
- Monitor and restock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Help set up and maintain cook stations for efficiency and cleanliness
- Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, and workstations
- Empty and sanitize trash receptacles regularly
- Perform other kitchen support tasks as needed

- A team player with strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized and dependable with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize on the fly
- Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards
- Full availability during peak shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
