Position - Landscape Construction Laborers

• Compensation - $17.00- $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Full time employment – year round
• Work 4 – 10 hour days a week. Some Friday work but a 3-day weekend is typical.

Valid NCDL, and reliable transportation is a requirement. You MUST have a valid NC drivers license.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team. You’ll be hands-on in creating functional and beautiful outdoor environments—from installing natural stone walls and patios to setting concrete forms and planting native species.

Ideal candidates have experience in landscape construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability (or interest) to operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compact loaders.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the construction of natural stone features (walls, paths, steps)
• Help form, pour, and finish concrete elements (footers, walkways, etc.)
• Prepare, grade, and plant native landscapes
• Safely operate landscape construction equipment (or be willing to learn)
• Follow plans, measurements, and site layouts with precision
• Work in varying outdoor conditions as part of a supportive, tight-knit team

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in landscape construction or a similar trade preferred
• Stonework and/or concrete experience is a strong plus
• Machine operating experience (or willingness to train) is highly desired
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
