Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• AHA BLS required at submission
• ARDMS RDMS required at submission
• Proficiency with general ultrasound, small parts, vascular (lower and upper extremity venous), OBGYN (fetal survey, 1, 2nd and 3rd trimester), and pediatrics (hips, spine, head, pylorus, intussusception)
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient ultrasound
• Experience with all ages

Assignment Details

• 36 hours per week
• Varied 10 and 12 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Float required to other sites
