Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, and disposition of patients presenting across a broad spectrum of emergency conditions. Clinicians will work collaboratively with RN support staff and communicate effectively with consultants, hospitalists, and other care teams to ensure appropriate patient handoffs and continuity of care. Participation in quality improvement initiatives to support patient outcomes is expected throughout the assignment.
