Construction Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager - New Construction

Location: Onsite in Moncks Corner, SC

Duration: Multiyear contract

Pay: $60-$80/hour

One of the Nations leading hyper scalers is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for end to end management of new data center construction. These projects begin with mass grading and core & shell construction and continue through full facility turn up. This is a fast-paced environment that will require excellent time management, stakeholder communication, vendor management and a strong understanding of construction projects. There are multiple sites under various stages of construction and this will be a 12 month + extension commitment. This is a 5x/week onsite role in the Monks Corner, SC area.

Required Skills:

• 10+ Years in Project/Program Management
• 7+ Years of experience with enterprise PPM Tools (eBuilder strongly preferred)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects (General Contractors, Fiber/Cable Suppliers, Power Companies, Municipalities/Local Government, Etc)
• Experience with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Projects
• Experience in Data Center Construction

Nice to Have:

• Experience with P6 Cost/Resource Loaded Scheduling
• Experience in Data Center Design & Engineering

Compensation:

$60/hour to $80/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
