Pharmacist - Grand Rapids, MN

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide a combined scope of retail and long-term care pharmacy services. This contract opportunity offers a 13+ week duration with a consistent weekday schedule and potential rotating weekend shifts.


Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in both retail and long-term care settings
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient consultations
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide immunizations and health screenings as certified
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota pharmacist license required
• PharmD degree preferred; MTM certification a plus
• Immunization and CPR certifications needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage workloads in multiple pharmacy specialties

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Possible rotating weekend shifts
