Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established and relaxed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural accounts, while also focusing on new business development. Compensation Package Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid time off and a flexible, family-friendly work environment Responsibilities Manage small personal line accounts, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance. Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service. Reach out to insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes. Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and CRM tools. Quote new business (approximately 50% of the role). Participate in hands-on training, including AMS360 software modules. Qualifications/Requirements Language Skills : Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State is required. Experience : Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience. Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation. Technical Skills : Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training will be provided). Soft Skills : Easy-going and adaptable personality. Hardworking and self-motivated. Open to learning and professional growth.
