Join our busy Great Clips salon in Germantown and build a rewarding career as a licensed Hair Stylist, Barber, or Cosmetologist. Earn $27–$34 per hour with guaranteed base pay, tips, and performance bonuses. We have two full-time positions available, and no client book is required—we provide a steady flow of customers so you can start earning immediately. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
